“I had come to the point where I understood there was no separate me.” That’s how psychic medium and channel Jennifer Rose describes the near-death experience that cracked open her spiritual awakening—a health crisis during COVID that sent her deep into trance for hours at a time. If you’ve ever searched for what a near-death experience actually feels like or wondered how mediums separate real spirit contact from projection, this conversation with Johnny Burke goes there.

In Her Own Words:

“I had come to the point where I understood there was no separate me.” (~00:08:08)
“You’re a spiritual being having a human experience.” (~00:08:20)
“It is all wrapped up in love.” (~00:32:07)
“I strongly believe we actually are ascending and elevating.” (~00:33:00)

Three Takeaways:

• How trance channeling and mediumship differ—and why “anyone can be a medium” doesn’t mean anyone should skip the training.
• What a near-death experience and kundalini awakening can look like when triggered by illness, not trauma.
• Why Jennifer believes humanity is in a collective spiritual awakening right now — and what she says is helping us through it.

It’s a grounded conversation about channeling, trance healing, and near-death experience for anyone curious what real spiritual awakening looks like up close.

What if the colors around your soul could tell you your life’s purpose—or even point to a past life you’ve never consciously remembered? That’s the premise behind aura color meaning, as explained by this episode’s guest, Helen Plehn, an aura intuitive and Vedic astrologer whose spontaneous Kundalini awakening led her to channel a 36-color soul discovery system tied to the ancient Egyptian zodiac. Along the way, Helen also opens up about her own past life memories in the UK and her connection to a Pleiadian starseed lineage.

In Her Own Words:

“I know that I have many, many past lives in the UK.” (~5:07)
“I cannot just make this up.” (~13:36)
“I’m talking to my imaginary friend.” (~23:12)
“Right now is literally the best time to do it.” (~24:14)

Three Takeaways:

• How to tell the difference between channeling, clairvoyance, and mediumship.
• What it means to discover your aura color and how it reflects your soul’s gifts and wounds.
• How starseed origins (like a Pleiadian bloodline) show up in spiritual readings.

Listeners curious about past life memories and soul-purpose work will find Helen’s aura color reading system a compelling entry point into her broader spiritual practice.

“You’re not just living one life—you’re living many lives at once.” That’s the claim medium and self-described “cosmic weaver” Maria Martinez makes in this episode, and it’s just the starting point. If you’ve ever felt an unexplainable pull toward past life memory or wondered whether déjà vu is proof of parallel timelines, Maria’s account of shamanic initiation, entity extraction, and galactic guides offers a striking lens into it all.

In Her Own Words:

“We are living many lives at once.” (~2:58)
“Most of us, if not all of us, are hybrids.” (~0:57)
“Love really comes from within ourselves.” (~26:35)
“The higher frequency we hold, there is less interference.” (~26:10)

Three Takeaways:

• What “starseed hybrid DNA” means and how it connects to galactic lineages like the Andromedans and Arcturians
• How mediums like Maria identify and clear attached entities during energetic clearings
• Why timeline jumping and parallel lives may explain recurring dreams of unfamiliar places and people

Listeners searching for answers about interdimensional travel and reincarnation will find Maria Martinez’s perspective on cosmic sovereignty and the soul’s multidimensional journey well worth the listen.

What if full contact with extraterrestrial civilizations is only a few years away? That’s the claim at the center of this conversation with Dr. Yafi Yair, a clinical psychologist who left behind strict scientific skepticism to become a channel for Hathor—a Sirius-based collective linked to the rise of the divine feminine—along with Earth spirits, the Pleiadians, and the Arcturians. It’s a rare episode for anyone searching for real answers on channeling and higher consciousness.

“I think within five years we’re talking full-on open contact.” (~28:49)
“Going through that heart frequency is the most direct way to raise your frequency.” (~32:28)

What You’ll Learn:

In this episode of Closer to Venus, Johnny Burke interviews Paul Quinton, a teacher, channel, and healer whose work involves channeling books through spirits to assist humanity’s shift into the New Earth’s golden age. They discuss the differences between traditional 3D to 5D consciousness shifts and the unique aspects of the New Earth golden age, emphasizing the importance of alignment modality in simplifying the transformation process for individuals.

Quinton shares insights on the roles of various star beings and the significance of self-inquiry, emotional healing, and universal laws in personal and planetary transformation.

The conversation also touches on ancient civilizations, shadow work, the balance between masculine and feminine energies, and the crucial role of self-inquiry in facilitating the upcoming golden age. Quinton’s alignment modality, designed to aid in personal development and healing, is highlighted as a practical tool for anyone looking to navigate these shifts. What we observed:

• We are already ascended because we are multidimensional interdimensional beings
• we are so stuck in survival mode in our base chakras that we just don’t have time or the energy to go into self-inquiry
• Why it is important to “heal” our ancestral line
• “Rescue work” involving helping “stuck” sould who did not realize they were dead
• Certain things may not manifest if there is a conflict with your soul contract
• Free will is how you navigate your soul contract
• Male energy under universal law is there to surrender to the will of the feminine
