What happens when the walls of the room dissolve and decades of past lives come flooding back all at once? That’s exactly what happened to shamanic healer Rebecca Keating during a spontaneous past life experience that changed how she understands time itself. In this episode, the author of The Ultimate Guide to Shamanism and creator of Soul Frequency Healer explains how ancient shamanic practice meets quantum root-cause healing—and why she believes many of the injuries and illnesses we carry in this life actually stem from another lifetime.

IN HER OWN WORDS

“Reality literally dissolved.” (~21:53)
“I knew that I had somehow pierced the veil of reality.” (~22:07)
“They pretty much all stem from another lifetime.” (~03:02)
“I call it the near-death experience without the death.” (~23:49)

THREE TAKEAWAYS

How to recognize when a past life or parallel timeline is “bleeding through” into your current life
What a spontaneous past life experience actually feels like — and how it can suddenly open up psychic gifts like clairaudience and clairsentience
Why chronic injuries or illness in this life may trace back to unresolved trauma in another lifetime, and how root cause timeline repair works to heal it

If you’ve ever had an unexplained fear or pain and wondered whether it could be a past life memory resurfacing, Rebecca’s story is proof you’re not imagining it.

“They know that I’m a spirit from the future.” That’s how the ancestors and guardians at ancient sacred sites respond when shaman and “site whisperer” John Paul Eaglehart visits them across dimensions — and it’s just one of the mind-bending realities he unpacks in this episode about communicating with spirits and ancestors at sacred sites around the world. Host Johnny Burke and Eaglehart dig into shamanism, parallel dimensions, and what it actually feels like to step outside linear time.

In His Own Words:

• “They know that I’m a spirit from the future.” (~6:23)
• “Religion is the belief in someone else’s experience.” (~8:09)
• “I think you call me Gaia.” (~31:27)
• “I can talk to a tree or a river or a rock.” (~32:40)

What You’ll Learn:

• What shamanism actually is — and why it’s always tied to a purpose, not just curiosity about other realms
• How communicating with ancestors and spirits at sacred sites reveals that time may not be linear at all
• What it’s like to directly experience the consciousness of the Earth, and why that matters for the coming spiritual “ascension”

If you’re curious about communication with ancestors, sacred site energy, and firsthand evidence for parallel dimensions, this conversation with shaman John Paul Eaglehart is for you.

Host Johnny Burke interviews post-trauma growth coach and “somatic alchemist” Elizabeth Stauder about integrating somatic trauma reprocessing neuroscience, shamanic ritual, and energy medicine to restore balance and “wake up from the matrix.” Stauder explains somatic alchemy as body-based transmutation of symptoms across physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual levels, and links it to dreamtime consciousness and lucid-like agency to work with chaotic dreams. She discusses shamanic initiation dreams, including a “great snake” dismemberment dream, the three worlds (lower/subconscious, middle/waking, upper/higher perspective), and “shaman’s sickness” as initiatory crisis that reveals weaknesses to be strengthened. As a transformation doula, she emphasizes facilitating clients’ own intuition rather than dependency. She shares an ancestral lineage healing example tied to her great-aunt’s death, and describes her neuroscience-based “organic intelligence” training as sustainable, threshold-aware pattern unwinding akin to “psychic surgery,” framing matrix release as shedding old patterns by reintegrating soul.
